Bet you all never guessed I was into this kind of shape too, eh? :D For those times you just don't feel like going to the trouble of pumping iron or glutting yourself senseless, the most classic tactic for the grower-on-the-go is little more than a puff of the thumb...or pointer, any finger will do really!
