Only money offers. Sorry. :c No minimal price, no AB, you can offer ANY price.
Payment via PayPal USD only.

Just offer any price you think will be fair and tell me shortly what would you like to add here, what palette will you pick or what outfit will you use? Probably, i won't pick the highest offer, but the most interesting to me (who knows), so don't be afraid to share! :'D
It's NOT necessarily to use ALL of the abilities (give me colors to use, tell your wishes about outfit and other).
You can also offer something else to add and i will note you if i'm interested.

YOU CAN NOT:
- Change design (only add stuff). But you can pick up the bird's species and ask me about changing any details (not big changes, you know);
- Create any species based on my designs.

YOU CAN:
- Add anything you want;
- Resell (but no more than a half of the price it was bought for);
- Put any clothes/outfit/weapon on the design;
- Give me any palette and say any wishes to help me draw what you want;
- Use the design in your universe (or any other you can);
- Ask me about write the info in the future design card.
