Few countries like America don't care because they're multicultural. Krieglandonians in France use French names because when in France, do what the French do. Just like when in Rome, do what the Romans do. It also allows Krieglandonians to incorporate local culture to their culture to bring more joy to a country. For exampe, Flying Youxia, a Chinese KG-52, plays the guzheng or Chinese string zither instrument to represent China more but also carry in the Krieglandonian tradition in emphasizing the importance of music including local musical instruments such as China's guzheng.

Oh, I get it now. They change their names so that way, they can fit in to a more local appropriation towards the nation they live in. Some countries like the United States and Canada don't matter as I believe they both tend to be multicultural. But just remember that forced multiculturalism is a dangerous weapon and can be seriously harmful. Just look what happened in Portugal a while back.
