Meet Maxwell the Shiny Lucario.
Okay, so I got the inspiration for this character (and another one I will be posting later) from a comic made by my friend
mando, which features an anthropomorphic poochenya named Pawl, who goes to an academy for Pokemon. So, I made an OC for his comic! Well, two. You'll be seeing Maxwell's boyfriend, Scott, in a few minutes.
