In the second generation, we have espeon for number 5 of the place.

I make this joke because I realize "when I submit" my espeon have something similar and I know him a bit (just meet like that).
However, He is not his main character and they are different.
To be sure about no one will misunderstood, mostly for Tofubread (because I can easy fail about what I want to say or do) after this joke and advise him.
It is not to insult, steal or whatever. This joke is more show a respect for his characters and his tofu, I don't like to steal the design or idea of someone.

Called Edrick Haveon, no confuse with his brother Ulrik.
He is master of psychic.
He following his curiosity, like to be calm and study.
He don't really waste time to make spectacles or anything else, he prefer study, help others, search and bring the reflection.
However, he can use his psy to surprise like showing how a brain could do, but not really to show an superiority or big ego.
The only travel he do, it is to research, more mind developpement and to find new thinker.

He wear a necklace gem similar at his forehead, but with unknown powers. (not necessary psychic)
He got the psychic power to try bring the reality and knowledge in the light, but also to his curiosity.
He able to can feel a changement around him, strong sense.
He can also focus and think different things in same.
So to make an situation funny, Vincent as playful, could try to prank Edrick by shooting water behind.
However, he can know someone is behind him same if he is a ninja and know exacly who is all while read a book.
He will use psychic to lift the ground like a cube and crush Vincent against the roof, knowing he can melt into water and all during reading a book.
He can also use his strong mind energy and control to use psychic power.
Psykinetic, hypnose (he don't really like much), mind fray, read mind, extrasensorial, temporary advantage or disavantage, etc.
He don't really fight or involve violence, he use mostly his psychic to attacks.
His mind he able to share equality of disavantage like the curse of Ulrik.
In same time, his body protected by extrasensorial and mind psychic, he can repeal and throw any indirect attack.
He never liked the pranksters.
When he get mad, he can break the bones of the ennemy with think, can block all his sense and making aura to trouble the mind and his gem head shine to make weaker.
It is better don't make mad in max to don't make your mind into vegetables.
However, he is friendly enough and really calm, really hard to make him at this mad.

He don't really have story, because the most story is for family origins Haveon.
For him, is more story at least for how evolve and could do in travel, but that will be in another story.
