Hmm.....My Physics teacher looked just like that this afternoon O_O

Anyway Beautiful photograph!, I think he's/she's frightened or feels threatened because his ears ate perked back and his tail is tucked.

Not to mention the rest of his posture. His hackles are up, head down, lips curled *WAY* up in a very impressive snarl. The entire body is pulled in tight and balled up. Legs are bent in a slight crouch, eyes are down and not looking directly at the other wolf on the left.

Very impressive.

submissive/fear postures is what Im seeing >> er anyways xD I have days like that way too much

Actually, what he's saying it "I don't want to fight, so I'm deferring to you - but I've had enough and I will fight back so don't push it..." His body pose is all 'I'm being submissive' but his facial expression and the way his head is positioned is all 'I'm about to lose it and attack'.

If he was being truely submissive, he would turn his face away entirely, or he'd be on his back. He's trying to avoid a fight, but not entirely unwilling to have one.

oh yea I know its just a form of submission is what I was saying x3 sorry I shouldve been more specific

The warning was enough the 3 wolves all did not get closer than that nose and went around him and rock and went to the back area. He had earned some time alone.
