This is a scene from 
Randyringtail's Wild West C.O.W-Boys of Moo Mesa fanfic (which sadly is no longer around or has been reloaded), just after Ryan, the human, saves Moo, Dakota, Cowlorado and Cowlamity Kate from being dropped into a raging river by the Masked Bull. Whilst the Lawcows thank Ryan, Kate gives him a kiss...which you can see leaves him rather stunned and seeing hearts.
