Wow, that looks cool. Kind of like a dino-fish man head. Part of a secret undersea order, who disdains the land walkers, living beneath the waves, but as the men dump more toxins into their home, driving them deeper into the depths, they will find allies, and when war is brought to the surface, they will raise the might leviathan, and the waves will turn red upon the shore, with the blood of mankind washed away in their wake.

This reminds me of the creatures from the TV version of Journey to the Center of the Earth
