Custom Bill Cipher Plush
Iv bin having some shitty times at home so I made a small day project..
Bill is 7 inches tall to the base to the tip of his triangle and 9 inches at the tip of his hat
Hes made with Yellow and black shannon minky with baby blue and teal luxury shag fur for his flame hand
His eye is machine embroidered and his lines are aplaked on all sides
Bill also has a voice box in him! He says " I can help ya kid, Ya just need to hear out my demands "
