This is Keao Mahi'ai, a whale shark from Hawaii that is just happy to be alive.
While he does have chub on himself, he is mostly muscle. Chubby muscle, the best kind.
He is 8'1" and weighs quite a lot.
All of his spots are just part of his skin, not tattoos.
He loves the beach, and if he could swim everyday, he certainly would.
