This is a character from my story entitled The Scheme of Totality. Not only is she the best and pretty much only friend that the main character Itami has, she was one of the original members of the Samsara warship before it defected from the AN fleet. While being paid by the government she saved up a large sum of money and used it during the defection to turn herself into a hybrid (which is the general term used in the story for people that have the similar surgeries done). On the ship she has multiple duties ranging from cooking to mechanical work, not to mention the occasional close combatives support. The problems with becoming a hybrid are that your life span is drastically shortened and you lose the ability to reproduce, which she knew and didn't have much of a problem with. In fact if anything it makes her a bit more erm... playful.

"Camilla" in this case is a pun off the word "Chameleon"
