This is actually an old-old-old fan character I made long ago in the 90's. I used to be rather obsessed with Disney's Gargoyles cartoon, so I started writing a fanfic back in high school. The story was, after Dr. Anton Sevarius was 'killed' the first time (you find he had actually survived and gone into hiding) he continued to do experiments with crossing human and gargoyle DNA. My character was kidnapped for these experiments during that time, where Dr. Sevarius had not only crossed human and gargoyle DNA, but tossed some extracted velociraptor DNA (think Jurassic Park) in there too. Thus my character Veloxia was born (you can also call her Loxi).

Just the sketch for now, it still needs a little cleaned up, then inked and colored a little later. That fist bothers me the most... how does one make a fist with giant claws??
