The Hub - her tech pack. in addition to mounting a Dust powered Laser, it can also deploy Multiple Interface Tendrils (up to a max of 4) which have multiple electrical connections built into them allowing her to interface the intigrated computer of the pack into nearly any other computer she's ever come across. the tendrils are also strong enough to function as stabbing weapons in melee combat, or to lift her up. the pack also has enough storage space for her to carry four small Spider Sentry robots to serve as defenses while she works. (they compact down into a cargo form) the laser is able to burn through Quater Inch armor plate, but is a energy hog, so using it for more than important shots will leave her unable to use the packs other functions.
Semblance - Static Bolt - able to generate and discharge electricity, ither through her weapon, by throwing "ball lightning", direct contact, or "force lightning" (the last is an all or nothing attack)
Weaknesses:
using her lightning leaves her completely depleted, and vulnerable. getting wet while in the middle of using her powers is....not a good thing.
Background Info:
Eclair has always been a trouble maker, and disovering her affinity for comuters did little to alter her outlook on life. She became a hunter for the freedom to do as she wished, but she ended up serving with her current team as more of a punishment for getting into places she shouldn't have been.. her talents mesh remarkibly well with Brassy Gunmetal, allowing the two of them to acheive astonishing results with very little materials or time.
