An awesome YCH commission made by 
Tales_Foxdale around the theme of the video game serie S.T.A.L.K.E.R!
So, it look like those guys are preparing their plan to go search some precious artefacts in some highly visited buildings and not only by friendly people.
Though I may don't look like, I'm a great fan of the post-apocalyptic gender in video games and mostly of the Russian games of that gender like Metro 2033 or S.T.A.L.K.E.R which both have an extraordinary setting and ambiance. And yes, I'm the only one that haven't armor and who prefer to have only a trench coat because armors are for weaks! :p
More seriously, I'm really a big fan of long coats and it tends to be my favourite clothing in real-life (when I can...) and in video games plus, asI'm French, I always avoid fights I prefer to handle long range weapons, armors are too cumbersome and uncomfortable, so the coat is a good clothing! :)

Though you should be more worried about the guy on the left, he's about to shoot you in the gut.

As an American, I approve this message. lol. I'm just kidding. In games, I'm usually using SMGs, but in the real world, give me a nice long range rifle and a good hiding spot.
Now to the serious comment; awesome pic! The silver stripe down your forehead/muzzle is a nice touch, too.

Meh... Zombies are weaks! They can't deal with a trench coat! And after all, it will only be a flesh wound! :p
Indeed... He certainely never received a good weapon formation! But yet, I just hope that safety is turned on... :)
I prefer to not go to close combat, when I'm reactive enough to shoot at an enemy in games, I always respect the double dose rule... a bit too much... And I always spend the half (when it's not the full) magazine in the corpse! :D
And, please, cast a glance to the artist's gallery, he has a lot of good artwork!

Rule n°17: Don't be a hero, I prefer to keep covering from behind like that, in case of attack I can run while the enemy is occuped on the corpse of the guy in front of me I can be more useful by trying to save the other lads in danger.
And well, I only go first if I've got an fighter aircraft! I can be quite insane sometimes, but not a suicidal, I don't want to fall in trapes; I look too much the sky, not enough the ground... So I let other people walk in trapes and after I pass. :)
Btw, I guess I'm getting tired with all thoseunvoluntary but true meaningless and false sentences that I wrote. :p

I have a very different approach in stalker games. i prefer to be as light as possible, carry only a few medkits and bandages. Keep an artifact that removes radiation, very useful. I dislike shotguns and smgs. I prefer common AK and outfit and mod my AK to have PSO scope and very good accuracy, hard hitting with armor piercing rounds and very light ammunition weight compared to pistol or shotgun. Rifle is ideal reliability and common ammo. I usually take range to advantage and shoot them far away. Conserve ammo and single shot only for reliability and ammunition.
I would love to do the same... I always carry only ammos and medkits but well, I just carry to much of these... XD
But for sure, I'm also not a lover of short range weapons and I also prefer to have long range weapons though I always keep a pistol on me, just in case of problems.
