I felt that after I got my new design, I needed a new icon, and here it is! I'm so overwhelmed over its cutenes. I mean, look at those eyes! I asked the artist, 
kuraKyuubi, to try and draw him more like a puppy - and with puppy eyes - and she really did a great job at that ^^ She doesn't have much art on her FA yet, but the pieces she has are amazing, so you should really go give it a look! :D
