Wow! That is just purely awesome! It kind of remind me of the rings they built in 'Contact', the awesome movie with Jodie Foster.
'Slowly, as the jeep rolled through the barren lands, the structure started to emerge at the horizon.
At first, it was just a shadow, barely distinguished from the morning sun, and the fog of the frosty morning.
But, as the vehicle neared the compound, details began to appear.
But, it wasn't until they drew even clsoer that the full size and majesty of the construct were revealed.
Even at this distance, the sheer size of the wheels was amazing.
It looked like some sort of mountain, an artificially created mountain, as some sort of artifact a bored god would have planted there and forgotten.
The massive toward pointing toward the sky, the twin wheels surrounding it, and the lights, making it visible even through the haze of morning fog.
This was one of their best accomplishments, one of the most important projects ever launched on the planet. And one of the most threatened.
Thus why it had to be built far away from civilization, in a place where security could be more easily assured.
The unofficial reason, but obvious to most,w as also to avoid a major catastrophe, should anything go wrong...'

I really love how the shape of the trees and the tops of the clouds compliment each other and are somewhat similar to each other. Helps unify the ground and the sky, and judging by that wheel, it looks like that might be something that deals with the sky?
Though the right side is kind of lacking. I dunno it just feels imbalanced to me in that regard. The structure and the large clouds don't really have anything for them to go against when you look at it as a whole.
