That's doggone good!
Great sense of motion, and excellent detail for a speedpaint. IMO, the only thing you might try for composition wise would be more of a contrast between the subject and the background structure. if the subject was completely framed by it, with no intersection, it'd be complimentary. But my eyes find the overlapping points of too similar colors, so the arm and ears feel washed out in the structure.
