Not like Balto at all... covering the moobs in good taste.
I gotta question for ya. did you color the background with crayon or something? I'm trying to figure out how all the texture in in the back, while Balto himself is purdy smooth.

its done on watercolor paper with prisma colors.
i like my watercolor paper texture.
the primas pick up GREAT! but i dont like super solid backgrounds.
