Backstory: Tara was raised to be the new ruler of the Moffett clan. However when she was 17 she got framed for a crime and was exiled. Wandering alone for 2 months made her very depressed, she had planned to end her life in a secluded for rest but she had found a necklace that resembled a dragon eye. She put it on but was knocked out. She awoke to a huge dragon in a cage In front of her. She struck a deal with the dragon. She would be able to use the dragon's power and in exchange she would let the dragon be able to see and hear what Tara did. Acouple months later she found a runaway orphan cheetah who was about 12 at the time. Taking pity she brought the orphan with her on her wandering and named her Caoimhe which the girl didn't like til Tara told her the meaning of the name.(Caoimhe-beautiful,gentle,kind) Soon they got to a city. In that city they saw a male dog and a female dog fighting. When the female left Tara approached the man who told her that he thought his wife was cheating on him. Tara who was short on money at the time struck a deal. She'll find out if the wife was cheating or not for 50 bucks. After that she got more and more jobs causing her to become rich. The duo settled down and she became the go to person if you want info. As long as you had money she couldn't careless who you were. Soon she got a job to get information on Amy Rose and using the power of the dragon she stalked amy and forcibly got info about her from her friends(hypnosis). After getting the info she gave it to the person who asked for it. Who turned out to be Dr. Eggman. After giving the info she found out(through the dragon) that Eggman kidnapped Caoimhe. She was able to steal back her info on Amy but Eggman was able to escape. Soon she bumped into the sonic team(literally) and spilt her Amy file everywhere. This causes the group to be hostile towards her but instead of fighting she ran cause she only cared about Caoimhe. However to her surprise they followed her to the eggman base. They were eventually able to corner her (to her annoyance) She told them about her sister and worked with them to rescue her. However she immediately left when her sister was freed causing the sonic team to view her like they do shadow. After that she still works as an information broker but refuses to supply information to eggman til he apologises(which he hasn't done yet). The next time she would see team sonic is when they came to her seeking info on eggman. However they were very surprised to see her. She does give the information for free cause she doesn't like how eggman hasn't apologized yet.

Personality: Tara is a very cunning and sneaky character who most other characters know nothing about but she knows everything about them. She's afraid of letting people in but she's also afraid of being alone. The only thing she trust 100% is her dragon. Despite how over protective Tara is of Caoimhe she still doesn't trust her 100% afraid of what happened with her first family will happen with her. She is also very strategic being able to form plans to get the information she wants as quickly as possible.She however has her playful teasing side shown whenever team dark comes for info she teasing rouge about knuckles calling them her otp and also acts like an overprotective father towards guys to tease caoimhe. Also she is very artistic being able to draw pictures of herself, her dragon, and Caoimhe.
