Dipper complains about his voice training teacher, then realizes he actually learned something when he sang.
I was approached by Kobi LaCroix who wanted to do a cover of this song, but said he did not have that good of a voice. I suggested that Dipper sing it. After hearing Kobi's piano rendition, I was determined to make this as good a recording as I could. Once I finished the lead, I did, indeed redo the backup vocals since the smoothness of Dipper's singing really required a smoother background than the Beatles version. What I ended with exceeded both Kobi's and my expectations.
