I went on a Power Rangers binge and rewatched Lightspeed Rescue. I loved this show as a kid and this was my favorite character, one of Diabolico's 3 monster generals. So it was about time I did a tribute to him. Power Rangers monsters are the best (prettiest) monsters lol.
