Something for my Expressive Illustration class. We were supposed to create a project that illustrated an emotion and use three layers to illustrate it... the bottom layer showing a texture of sorts that fit the mood, one that had a photograph that fit the theme and another layer that showed some sort of drawn subject matter.
I chose innocence, and I took a wrapping paper that sort of had a Victorian Wallpaperish pattern on it, scanned it in and used it for the bottom layer. I then took a photograph of a toy horse I took a while ago, and lowered the opacity to the point where it was near-transparent and put it over the Victorian wallpaper. Finally on top of all that drew a ghost girl drawing stuff.
And there you go.

I try to do a Dan Wessler child version, but AAAG! WHY CHILDRENS ARE COMPLICATED TO DRAW AND MODEL! >:C
fact about this: remember me a lot of a picture of a child ghost in a negative color, a very popular one in Europe, about a multiple assasination in an university (name I don´t remember and I think it´s about the 1980, don´t remember preciselly) on Moscou, and the newspaper photographer want takes a shot of the main hall for the new, and for some reason appears a child handling a doll (the eyes carent of life, totally blank) and the rest of the photo moved the cian and red gamma, like those 3D effects images you can see.
Some stories say if you see the original picture by 30 seconds your soul can be gone and you enter in madness.
