I had a ton of fun with this character. Love me some neon colors with a neutral color base. And her HAIR!!!! UNFFFFF!!! I would be so happy if I could get my hair to do something like this. That color combo is fantastic!

Ahhh! Most vibrant otter lady ever! She looks so neat. ^_^ You draw a super-cute otter face too, hehe. And the idea of the pink pads and webbing which contrasts the cyan nails/claws is great. The footpaws have a neat sorta long-toe design too where you can easily imagine her spreading the toes when swimming to have lots of webbing come into play. Great stuff!
