I just fancied drawing a spaceship picture, since I haven't done one in a while... and deciding to be 'inspired' rather than 'original' I decided to do an picture based on Eve Online.
I love that game. It's taken posession of me, it's the game I've wanted since I was little - that's why I tried to avoid playing it. I knew I'd get sucked in. z: )
Yes, it's just inverted pencil. I like drawing like that. You may notice I did my best to do inverted shading as well. z: )

Heh, come to think of it, you could use more quotes from that battle sequence to represent the role of your average Matari squadron in POS warfare;
"We wont last long against those Star Destroyers!" (cross out ISD and write in 'DPS blob')
"Longer than we will against that Death Star!"
Then again, when it comes to Minmatar ships, I've always found that if you're doing your job right, you can last longer than anyone else. Your tank comes from superior manuevering and the subsequent fact that 30-90% of their DPS fails to hit you. z: )

And how. Where the shields lack, Min hulls tend to be flying hunks of pig iron, and can wade through most inbound fire. :3

As far as my industrial exploits go, my Hulk should be coming online in about...7-8 hours. This will be good for my arms production. ^-^

Heheh, can't beat the old 'big flying block of hurt' technique. Prefer the Tempest over the Maelstrom though. Shield Boost bonus is nice on the Maelstrom, but you can't beat the +50% to gun DPS on the Tempest with Minmatar Battleship 5, makes the six guns more hurty than the Mael's eight.
There are probably quite a few Eve players on FA, what with there being a lot of people on FA and a lot of people on Eve.
Hmmm... makes me wish my main PC's weren't currently dead. I smell the potential for a new ingame chat channel. z: )
