Finally the "Core Piece" for my Panel at this years Eurofurence is complete!
This was a challenge, really. It took me nearly 20 hours! There where times where I asked myself "why am I doing this to me??" but finishing this piece felt totally awesome!
Okay, real talk now.
I didn't want to draw anymore. It just was.. I did not felt any joy in creating art.
So
Schiraki took me under her wing and showed me some of her tricks anbd skills at my weekend-visit!
How to use proper references, how to layer colored pencils, how to draw stones. I did not finished it by then, but she got some really great Tutorials for the fur over on her Patreon. So I looked there and learned how to draw fur properly.
Her Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/schiraki
You can see her tutorials, real time drawing videos, Wips, finished pieces etc., all for only 3$.
She even writes everything in german and english, so you can enjoy it too!
Of course I had to use some references. Over on pixabay, you can get some really great royalty free photos! So I combined three or four (with some help :P) and started drawing from it.
I learned so much!!
And I enjoyed it. Now I am motivated to do more, to try more different things!
Sadly, my scanner killed some of the colors and details. I tried to fix it but it didn't work that good.
I try to take some photos of it instead. When I get the time..
_______
Watercolor base, Polychromos colored Pencils over that. Everywhere! The sky, the stones, the wolf. And some Acrylics for the stars, the highlights and the moon.
Art by me
Please do not use, copy, reupload, modify (or anything else) my artwork in any way.

:) Weiter so.
