Drew myself a Pokesona and it ended up just being my fursona as a pokemon lol. Envy in the Pokemon universe is a Jolteon that was evolved a bit too early, and as such her fur is much softer than a normal Jolteon, and more eevee-like. She is also not quite as fast as your average Jolteon for the same reason
