so i'm doing another paintie cause i'm trash

I've got one person saying they like it but i still don't really know

I wanted it to look beautiful and intimidating but with mostly natural patterns, so i tried mixing koi with a blue-ringed octopus.

the spots are nice, the fins are nice, the eyes are nice

the rest is very eh, i'm just not feeling it.

Am i using too many colors or something? I mean i don't know. I know the rings stand out a lot but i want them to so i don't want to change those too much.
