Whereas Leo the Tiger came from a planet where everything was traditional and outdated, Techno Tiger, living here in America, believes in all things technological, although he also believes in preserving the past when it comes to technology. Thus, Leo has a new item to search for, the Dilemma Disk (and he's shown here having found one). Like the musical note gems known as the Dilemma Tones, these disks come in 8 colors: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, pink (seen here), and purple.

If and when Leo finds all eight, he can insert them into a special computer (which T2 owns). He'll need two special Driver Disks to make it work, however. When that happens, he'll have the power to travel through time, and cause events of happiness to occur, such as changing polluted waters to fresh, clean waters; ending droughts, and even changing a rock hard field into a beautiful vista with a crystal lake.

When the other G-52s learned of this, they had mixed reactions. John the Tiger/C.C., C.K./King Leo, and the other KG-52s were excited. Super C, however, was worried, because "changing history is a criminal act, and it throws us all out of whack. But will this do us any harm? Hopefully, not." Leo the Patriotic Lion wasn't sure how to react, but noted that all of his parallels from the past coming to the present actually keeps history safe and in balance, because there are legends that state some of them disappeared or went missing, and the people of those times assumed they were dead.
