Nirsial can always count on his pet, Seeker, to arrive quickly whenever he is needed, and can also help out nicely when there's trouble.
Also this picture shows some of the most useful equipment Nirsial usually wears on his travels, such as thin clothing that still has good thermo-insulation properties (can be warmed by the connected energy pack on his back), a personal reactive field gear (shield-like defense), and an energy weapon mounted on a robotic arm that is controlled by the visor he wears on his head (the trigger itself is a rubber-like string that when held in one's mouth responds to certain movements of the tongue (this is not really visible on this picture though, but it is attached to the side of the head gear)).

They prefer contolling objects through their own body parts, and when high efficiency is important, they prefer integrated cybernetics to augment their ability to control devices such as vehicles.
They don't like the idea of an external object directly reading their neural system.
Also, the hesiarr neural system is unusual to most animals, it has subsystems preventing the intrusion of neurotoxins and also potetnial manipulating energies, so, developing a neural interface for hesiarr is especially hard, the device needs to be specifically calibrated for one individual, and needs frequent recalibrations because the neural syste defense eventually adapts to cancel out energy intrusions that it detects as potentially harmful (such as the scan of standard neural interfaces; although there is possibility of advanced interfaces that are subtle enough to not need calibrations after the initial one).
