Lord Justin Xaver is a human noble who is deeply fascinated with charr and charr culture. Thankfully with his limited Mesmer powers he can get into the more intimate parts of charr courtship. Though don't let that rose and smile fool you he can be quite the animal under all that poly-morphed fur. Charr and nobility, all rolled into one package, how could the ladies resit!

This is Lord Justin Xaver a noble from a long line of Elonian merchants that have proven themselves to the throne of Kryta. He is currently conducting a few busyness trips out to Lions Arch to sell fireworks and materials for Dragon Bash. This was to take place before the Queens Jubilee and the attack of Scarlet Briar. He is currently enjoying the company of Sylvia Nightmane and her three cubs when ever he is back from his busyness trips.
