Besides the obvious, it doesn't necessarily equate to being trans-phobic. Though I'm going to guess that the person wasn't clueless,
though was instead seeking a reason beyond just the obvious transition. >.>

Of course being a guy is awkward, but that doesn't mean guys have it nearly as rough as women. Women, in society's standpoint, have to deal with certain standards of beauty, depending on what society they live in. Hell, some women have to have facial modification through lip plates (essentially tunneling done to the bottom lip). Not only that, they deal with child birth, periods and their side effects, personal and general, and everyday drama. Guys just have to deal with other guys making fun of their dick size. But what do I know? I'm just a random person on the internet. You don't have to listen to me.
