I'm feeling better than I have in months
Like I can actually see a change in my mood and other things. Its really nice.
I'm still plagued by my chronic pain, stomach issues, and violent mood swings, but my anxiety is lowering and I'm getting a ton of exercise in the process.

Pokemon Go is a really fun game and I honestly really enjoy it.
Its really relaxing and fun

//also I'v caught two pikachu so far and I'm ridiculously happy about that
