Added some custom decals and a Police light bar on the dash, plus a license plate. Shitty the license plate became pretty pixelated, but it serves its purpose. Need to touch up on the dirt effects, they rubbed off a little.

Well it might look better if I had more black ink, but I was too lazy to go get it lol. And Plus the license plate is 4/32s of an Inch lol.
