[[Scaling the vertical Ichorion smooth wall was a task that warranted a climber's full attention, strength, belief and will. As his second tether launched and securely fastened to the teal glowing Traxilium power lines on the exterior of the superstructure, the fox took a moment to exhale in relief. He closed his eyes and paused to clear his consciousness from the intensity of the situation.
The wind, 700 meters up, was strong, but the brown fox found it strangely soothing. He could feel the wind lift ever strand of fur on his face as the cold air bit down on his skin. He opened his eyes slowly again, and they forced him to return to reality. A shadow moved over his eyes, and he turned to the right to catch its source.
He blinked and squinted as fiery light poured on him for a moment as the sun descended beyond a tall structure. His eyes adjusted and he witnessed the expanse of Turion city burning on its west side by the setting star on the grey smoggy horizon. The view startled him, and made him wet in the eyes. Turion was so alive and so still. It's black and blue vertical architecture pierced the chemical sky.
For a moment, there was no mission, no desire, no fear, no purpose. There was only sublime.
The fox's eyewear detected the shift in light, as the star fell behind smoggy grey horizon, and changed to allow better vision, and visual feed.
A voice echoed in the fox's ears. "******, your heart rate is increasing. I'm getting some massive lower brain activity too, Is everything okay?" It was Juilian, utilizing the fox's neural Cybercom. "I'm fine... I... Just had a scare."
"A scare huh? So that's why were your tear ducts just activated?"
"Oh shut it!" replied the fox. Julian snickered, "What?! its cute?"
"Oh NOW I'm cute? Just do me a favor and don't dive into my brain next time I'm having a moment okay?!"
"Fine fine, anyway its almost time. Eyes on the ball Kiddo"
The fox smirked, as he laughed at a memory of an old joke Julian had made. The brown fox wrapped his arm around the tether and glanced at the timer displayed in hologram in front of him. The fox then leaped out toward the the fading light. The wind once again rushed through his fur, and he smiled.]]

Holy shit... It's so well done. I know you are a good artist, but just how well you nailed exactly my likings shows how sensitive you are as a creator too. The reasoning behind the color and that secondary triad usage, the language of the architecture, and this overall cool-headed utopian futurism are all exactly how I like them! You so nailed it! The story totally befits my world and my personality in real life - you know me really well I guess. Gah.. I have not the words for how much I love this. Thank you, and as they say in Dances with Wolves.. good trade.
