This is Halibel, or Bella. She is a penguin character of mine, and this is by far one of the messiest sketches that I've ever done. O.o
Anyway, she has a full figure, large breasts, hair, you know the deal. I named her after the Tercera Espada, Halibel, from bleach. She looks like her, but the personality is different.
