Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present to yuo something the inmates of this institution never see. The top portion and outside bits of The Cage prison, sat nicely in the middle of an ocean. This is the guard's barracks and upper decks. No inmates are allowed up here, and any that do escape their way up there get taken down and punished severely.
