I love him <3
His name is Yeats.
He was purchased as a gift for a young actress named Maeve Bell who was forced into retirement at the peak of her career. Post traumatic stress and severe anxiety prevents her from going out much nowdays. The blow to her self-confidence sent her into a depression, and she neglected to take care of herself. Her house was a disaster and so was she.
Yeats was given to Maeve by her sister, out of concern for her well being. For the first few weeks, Maeve wanted nothing to do with him. Not wishing to be a burden, Yeats hid himself in the broom closet during the day, and at night, emerged to clean the house, buy food, and endeavored to make life easier for the ailed Ms. Bell.
Upon learning that she loved the lilacs during spring, he filled her house with them. She was delighted, and has since warmed up to her helpful grem caretaker. He continues to visit the local flowershop, purchasing a variety of fresh flowers to make the house nice and Ms. Bell happy.
When he has free time, he indulges a love of writing poetry. All of his poems these days are on the topic of unrequited love.
