Uploading this one too.
The old one was removed and given a warning for TOS violation, so I spent time working on the alternate head I had on hand as a backup plan.
In any case, the issue was resolved and his new Paintie's up as a replacement. c:

Main problem was that nearly everyone- everyone- identified him or found similarities to Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls.
There are some who still argue that it's not an exact copy and SHOULD be able to be approved on the site, but I just wanted to play it safe and just do the "easier" option. Just do the alternate version and get on with life.
