Here some rough sketches. It's where the magic starts from concepts to full vivid paintings. As you can see different guest or opponents in stages of either ecstasy or fright. In future I would like to explore the different class types of gorgons. You have the traditional monster type that is bold, strong, fear inducing myth of their ugliness turning others to stone. Mostly found in the dungeons.
Then you have the softer seductive gorgon found in Gorgon's Manor. They evolved into roles of diplomacy rather than combat. They have knack for anatomy/biology due to their vast collection of statues and captives they study. Where's a battle harden gorgon could asphyxiate their prey, a gentler gorgon stimulate nerves of their victims into pleasurable compliance and finish them off with stony gaze at a whim. Some of these advancements came through an alliance with succubuses, but comes at a cost.
