Alan Dyxon is the second-youngest member of the super-powered terrorist group "Animal Control", using the code-name "Rave". Alan's abilities are the spontaneous creation of light in any color, as well as the spontaneous generation of complex sound, from simple noises, to music to even imitation of voice. Rave's interests in techno music occasionally cause problems as he will occasionally involuntarily create "theme music" when under high stress. Emotionallly damaged in the past, the 16-year-old raccoon is usually shy and withdrawn, and is usually in a state of high anxiety when on a mission.
