That's one of the things I like about the BW/BM era...character development. I mean, seriously, from Mad Spidey-Bot's kit-bash to one of the saviours of Cybertron..? Girl's all that AND a bag of microchips. Word.

I've never been a huge fan of Beast machines, but a big fan of Beast wars and I always liked Blackarachnia, she was such a great character, for long time she was the only female in the series and was the most clever character! XD

TM2 Blackarachnia is the best version of the character in my opinion.. Both visually and character-wise

BlackArachnia was one of the hottest characters in beast wars and beast machines. Sweet job of drawing her dude ;)

Interesting enough, my roomie and I bought the DVD collection of Beast Machines. It had been a while since I'd seen this series, but DANG, did it take a turn for emo-city and darkness!!

And I admit that their robotic forms look perhaps the most human than they did in Beast wars, especially Black Arachnia! And boy, did you do her justice!! ^-^

Too bad for Dinobot.... he was always my favorite, from this very first episode, down to the last episode. Would've been great if he were in this show too.

Personally I loved the personality that Black Arachnia possessed. As a Maximal that was brainwashed into a Predacon, who loved being a bad girl but couldn't help but falling for the corny good guy. What a great character.

I have to admit that her Beast Machine mode was my favorite though. She took a step up from clumsy robot into a sleek and fast killer body.
