Of course! I ship worldwide, to any place! The payment is required to include the address so I can send the package.
If you request one figurine you'll just pay $3 for shipment costs but if you order more, the shipment becomes entirely for free

how sturdy is the figurine? like if i move the ear a little will it break easily? or if it fell on the floor is it doomed to lose a piece and not be able to do anything about it?

Well it's sponge so you can let fall several floors it won't break at all.
And the pieces are glued so you can't really move them. Take it as one of these usual figures, they are meant for display.
However you can take off the layers and just glue them back if that's what you are asking.

But see, custom commissions means they will bend to your will, it's you who will choose the pose and all. I sketch the model first and only after your approval, the figurine will be crafted. It may be complex but fixes are easy.
