Joey still hadn't managed to get his freedom and weeks of being cooped up, and gaming is probably bad for him. His roommate Anthony decided that taking his pet- err friend to the zoo for some exercise would be fun. Nevermind the other visitors turning their heads as they see a roo in a straitjacket being tugged along on a leash, nothing unusual about that.
