Your art's always very good. :3 I can say that this is no exception. You especially improved on the shading, I think. I love the use of ropes in this pic. So much of it bound around Joey's torso seems just as effective as a jacket. I like the snorkel that's integrated into the muzzle, I am sure it'll be handy in case Joey trips and ends up with their head underwater. :P The background and foreground objects are nice too, it's interesting to see how Joey's stuck in a glass tube, so even if they managed to reach the ledge of the tank with their feet, they can't jump out (or they can try anyway and dunk themself for free)
