Relli is a young and spunky little Zafara with a big heart for wildlife and nature. She is quite the studious little neopet who has read almost every book that she has come across. She can often be seen helping out at the local petpet store caring for the animals or at the local book shop looking for a book she hasn't read already. Though she and Vex are technically siblings, she does tend to get annoyed by his antics, and fights often break out between the two.

Fun fact: Relli was one of the first Zafara's to be painted pastel thanks to some help from the rainbow fountain.
