Listening to DJ Khaled and Drake throw down their single sparked this creation. The song itself, I was on the fence about. I heard it in late June, didn't think much of it, and threw it off to the side; the initial hype (at least what I heard about it) killed it for me. Approximately a month passes when I decide to give "For Free" another go. I was surprised by how enjoyable it actually was; the beat was slick and Drake flowed exceptionally (besides that first verse, which may or may not have come from something else). To me, it's an ego song that's meant to boost morale, puff up your chest.
