So in my head, Wubzy the Grimtaur has been boppin' along in the Star Trek AOS universe. I imagine her as the last of an alien species that was discovered on an otherwise deserted planet. She hops on board the SS Enterprise and, after a brief consult with Starfleet Command, is allowed to enroll in the Starfleet Academy as unconventional cadet who gets to study aboard the SS Enterprise during its 5 year mission. She is an exemplary student who shamelessly fangirls over her senior officers. Eventually, after graduating at the top of her class, Wubzy decides to join the science team and becomes a faithful and enthusiastic Lieutenant under the incredible Commander Spock.

Due to her big fat tail, Wubzy can not wear the standard jersey and trousers that most crew members wear, so she is given a custom uniform jumpsuit which she wears with pride.
