Ana and Pharah should be eagles

It fits Pharah's armor and Ana's ability to snipe.

Though Pherrah could also be a jackal, to match her Anubis armor.

I like the eagle idea, I might just make them different animals even though they are related...

Ana maybe could be a skunk, since she has this posion for the enemies and all those damag/heal over time things :D (like the skunk spray you inhale slwoly over time xD)

I think Ana and Pharah should be falcons because not only does being a bird-of-prey fit both there skill sets but also Horus has the head of a falcon. also this may be a bit out there but, what about spider for Symettra, because they both build things and obsess about there contributions being perfect not to mentions many a Symettra has laid some cunning and deadly traps, its not perfect but i think it kinda fits.

I do like Symmetra as being a Spider could definitely work! I'm torn between Falcon and Eagle for Pharah and Anna now! :O

Why not a spider for widow?

I suppose she could be a spider as well... The name seemed a bit too obvious as that though. But I suppose. I will definitely think on it! :)

well if you look at widow's lore, she was just the wife of an overwatch agent who was kidnapped and brainwashed by talon, so making her something domestic like a mouse, or rabbit, or cat, or little yappy dog would be kinda cool.

See I was thinking that too, but I also was thinking Bastion would make a good stationary Frog with his tongue just firing rapidly around with his "point and click" method.

how about a cricket, it may not match up with all of his abilities but it matches the music and movement motifs maybe even better than some kind of song bird because crickets make there songs by rubbing there legs together something that would happen as you moved around by skating.
