...And of course ya know how I love makin' omlettes! Here's this lil' beauty I've christened as 'The Octopus' due ta the 8 strips of bacon (quick, someone revive Chris!)

I just had an idea for more octopus like if you don't mind suggestions. It's one of the ways I make the omrice for my family. slide the egg, done, into a big coffee cup, or round thing, fill it up with the goodies, fold over the sides of the egg, and then flip upside down on the plate. :3 ketchup for eyes hehe
