As I've always said... ya can't go wrong with a good steak... an if ya like yers a bit onda sweet an tangy side then give this method a try an see how ya like it...

get yer grillin' skillet all nice an hot then shake out a few splashes'a Moore's marinade an worschestersire sauce an shimmy it around so that it coats the entire grill... then let that heat till it starts ta broil then toss on yer steak... cook steak as ya would normally but give it a light brushin' with honey once per turn till cooked ta preferences...

I think burrs in particular will find this method of grilled steak ta be irresistable so ya may wanna get outta the way fast after ya make this for'em!... ;)
